Pro-Forma Application for a Grant or Donation from the Council

To apply for a financial donation please download and complete the form.

Please note:

• the grant must be used for the purpose it has been donated.
• unless it is specified that your application is urgent, it will not be considered until our meeting to be held on the second Monday in March being the end of the financial year.  However, your application must appear on the Community Council’s Agenda before it can be discussed and must be received by the Clerk at least 8 working days before our meetings which are held on the second Monday of the month.
